I care about my health but I'm too lazy to do a healthy lifestyle. I know that an exercise can help me to have a physically fit body yet I'm not doing it.I made a check list before with 10 must-do things to stay fit and I fail! I'm only doing 3 or 4 of them!
I salute every person who's able to follow the good steps in achieving a healthy body.It only means that self-discipline is highly practiced.Balance diet alone is not enough. I believe that keeping everything balance in yourself will make you totally well as a being.
