The sudden change of the weather nowadays causes infections and known diseases.Children are the most affected ones so we are not letting them stay outside for a long time.Today my nieces had their flu shots as advised by their pediatrician.Two of them are asthmatic and they’re prone to common colds which will sometimes resulted in dry cough.If it happens, their lungs are highly affected.Thus, admitting them to the hospital.It didn’t happen only once so to prevent that thing to happen again they had their vaccine as soon as possible.

I hate the weather this month.It’s so hot during the day and then the sky will turn cloudy.After a short while we experience showers and then the sun is up again before it sets!If your immune system is not that strong and you lack enough Vitamin C you’ll surely have the seasonal fever and colds!
Flu is defined as viral disease marked especially by respiratory or intestinal symptoms that can make you sick for a week or longer.It should be treated right away to get rid of possible symptoms that may worsen a bad physical condition
