The fourth book of Stephenie Meyer's Twilight Saga which is Breaking Dawn is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on Bella and Edward's engagement and union as husband and wife.
Alice, a member of the Cullen family who foresee things through her vision plays a big part on the big day. She does all the preparation from wedding to the honeymoon at Isle Esme- an island given to Esme from Carlisle.All the important people in Bella's human world are present. Jacob completes the wedding day by making it to the reception.However, an unpleasant occurrence has forced him to leave the place before he loses his control.
Bella swan's experience in physical union with Edward becomes a sudden distraction. Before she couldn't wait for her vampire transformation but their honeymoon changes the previous idea.She suddenly wants to stay in her human body a bit longer. Bella's unexpected conception in the island leads them to go back home. She's not having the normal signs of a pregnant woman.Bella is worried that her baby might be taken out of her womb.
The life Bella is carrying in her womb is slowly eating her...destroying her. Everybody's worried about the fast-growing fetus which Edward called just a 'thing'. Bella's hurt because she feels that her baby is unwanted because it's killing her.Edward would choose to have Bella than the baby. The Cullens help Bella in any possible way to keep her alive and Bella's cooperating. She even drinks human blood to satisfy the one inside her and to keep her body strong. Jacob has greatly helped the Cullens in protecting them since Sam's pack is planning an attack to kill the baby if it's already out in Bella's body.Edward Jacob will be the baby's name if it's a boy but it's a girl so they named her Renesme (Renee-Esme). Bella's body gave up after the delivery and fights for her life. The only way to save her is her vampire transformation. She needs Edward's venom. Her husband injected it to her. It didn't work so he has to bite some part of Bella's body for the venom to work! Bella's wounds are eventually healing and opened her eyes but in a vampire form. A cold one that thirst for human blood and that ends part one.
