Heart of Christmas: Celebrity Challenge

The true spirit of Christmas is giving and GMA Network has aired their newest reality TV show which is Heart of Christmas: Celebrity Challenge (Puso sa Pasko: Artista Challenge).This isn't a typical reality TV show with different challenges to be played by the Kapuso stars. Their goal is to help selected individuals who are able to extend a hand in their community despite their disabilities and poor living situations. The celebrity couple will play and give their rewards to their respective chosen partners.

This is a very nice program made by the network. Actors and actresses who take part of the said show will definitely feel the season of sharing. I enjoyed watching it and my heart smiles as well while watching people helping people.

Heart Evangelista, Bianca King, Kris Lawrence, Rachelle Ann Go, Cesar Montano, Sunshine Cruz, and Ervik Vijandre are only some of the stars involved.

Music Lifts My Spirit

Without music life is so dull! Thanks to music lovers, composers and artists for making and producing quality music in all genre.Music imparts values and convey messages. It motivates people like the songs of Bob Marley. During my college days many students admired him and tried to look like him. The colors red, yellow and green are usually seen in student's bags, hankies, hair accessories, shoes and many more! I personally feel that music lifts my spirit. Nowadays Christmas songs that are played everywhere allows me to realize that Christmas and New Year are about to come. When I'm alone I can remember the past celebrations that we had, the gifts and presents, the food and the happiness itself. I can't wait for that moment to happen again in my family. Some family members in my clan were gone but I still look forward for a meaningful Christmas celebration. To sum up, music makes my life more meaningful.Music and lyrics heal my heart.Furthermore,it allows me to be more romantic and to appreciate the world I live in. I usually dedicate my favorite songs to people who are special to me.Are you doing the same thing?

All I Want for Christmas

Everybody longs for the best things to come into their life. During Holiday season we say our prayers and utter our wishes for our family, for our nation and least for ourselves. What I love about Christmas are thanksgiving, merry-making, family reunion and having that spirit of unity to spread love to people through helping the needy ones. It's the true meaning meaning of Christmas. It's not about the kind of gift that you receive, the amount of food that the family have during Christmas Eve, the decorations that you put up or the new things that we buy during these season.Christmas is a moment to remember the greatest love for humans given by His Creator.

I am hoping that this 2008, ours will be as good as a flowing river.I am wishing too that our family reunion will be as happy as what we had before.The month of December is my most-love and favorite month of the year since I celebrate my birthday in this month plus the wonderful celebration that the people around the world are celebrating.

All I want is closer relationship, stronger foundation, healthier environment, peaceful living and fruitful year in all aspects.

Christmas is in the Air

After the Halloween people are now thinking on the upcoming Holiday Season. I was at the mall yesterday and I saw much display of Christmas trees, decors and lights in preparation of Christmas Day celebration. I can hear Christmas songs played on the radio. People start to decorate their homes, offices and stores. Markets and popular malls had put up their giant Christmas trees! Truly, Christmas is in the air.

I have lots of favorite Christmas songs to serenade our fellows. Some of my favorites are the songs of Jose Mari Chan. I was first in love with his songs when I was a kid. The song Christmas in our Hearts is indeed timeless! Whenever I hear songs for the holiday season, it inspires me, relaxes me, thrills me, warms me and makes me happy. Moreover, it makes me want to celebrate Christmas, makes me feel giddy and reverent. In addition, it helps me shop stuffs for my godchildren, family and friends. Furthermore, it helps me forget my troubles and enjoy the season of giving and forgiving.
