Ate Jackie's family is currently staying in England. They left Philippines last year and I don't know when they're coming back in the country. Her mother-in-law and sister-in-law visited England and they roamed around in London together. She sent us the following pictures:

Ms. Kris Aquino-The Queen of Talk Shows

Ms. Kris Aquino is one of the most transparent showbiz personality that I know in Philippine tv. I found her very smart. She knows a lot of things. That's her reward of having fond of reading printed materials like books and magazines. I'm pretty sure that she has monthly subscriptions of her favorite mags. Moreover, she does good in cooking. She sometimes admit that she's not that great and she wanted to learn more. Her favorite area in their house is her kitchen. It was filled with the necessary cooking materials and gadgets that she'll be needing with her baking sessions. Kris Aquino is currently the host of morning talk show " Boy and Kris". She's with Mr. Boy Abunda.

As far as I know Kris is also one of the richest Filipino celebrity and one of the top endorsers of products. Some of her sponsors are Goldilocks, Purefoods, Casino Alcohol, San Miguel Corporation, Pampers, San-San Cosmetics, White Cat Laundry Soap and Lactacyd. These are only few that I can remember. I knew that when Kris is endorsing a certain product she's really using it. She doesn't endorses one that she hasn't tried. Furthermore she has her own mag the K Mag. The magazine is about her life, her family, her kids, and everything that you wanna learn about Kris Aquino. Her husband is James Yap, a MVP Player in Philippine Basketball association. Krissy has two sons; Josh and baby James.Kris was hailed as The Queen of Talk Shows and Queen of Game Shows. She hosted The Buzz,Pilipinas Game Ka Na Ba and Deal or No Deal.Today she's hosting Wheel of Fortune Philippine Edition. She comes from a prominent family in the Philippines. Her mother was a former President of the Republic of the Philipines and her dad Ninoy is known to be a country's hero. On the other hand, Kris also experiences dark moments in her life just like us. The Filipino are aware of it because of her bravery and strong personality. That makes her become a very open individual in the public. She doesn't do things to make people talk about her. June Celebrants in the Family

I can't forget the month of June not because it's an ideal month to get wed or the start of classes in Philippine Education System. The main reason is because my 3 nieces celebrates their birthdays on the same month! Cool ya? Denise just turned 6 two days ago. She only had few visitors. We just invited her close friends to have an ice cream and cake in here. It's her first time that she hadn't have a party. Since she's leaving for England, her parents are saving money for her plane tickets. Four days from now, the youngest of baby Hackers, Sophie will celebrate her 1st year! She's a chubby, cute and lovely baby. Her physical features look closer to his dad Justin. She was unwell last week because of the changing weather in England. Their granny is absolutely happy to see them again. Lexi's will be on the 21st. It's been six months that I haven't seen this curly-haired baby. She's turning 2 this month. Aloha said that Lexi loves the movie Happy Feet very much. Everyday they play it for her. There was something that Aloha shared to us that made us all laugh. Lexi was caught throwing her chewable vitamins in trash cans! She's just like me when I was still young!jajajajajajajaja I can still remember how stubborn I was for not taking it. I was throwing it outside through the window!Well now, I'm the only skinny in the family. So is Lexi *sigh

PDA-Pinoy Dream Academy Season 2

Pinoy Dream Academy is a reality tv show that caters the singing talent of its students. Out of thousands aspirants of course there will be a certain group which is best selected. From Philippines to around the world PDA searched for the potential scholars who will be given a chance to be one of 32 dreamers! These 32 people will compete for the 15 official dreamers who will enter the Pinoy Dream Academy. A learning institution which will train them, mold them and give them start qualities to become a shining star in showbiz. The hosts of the said show will be Toni Gonzaga, Billy Crawford, and Nikki Gil. The panel of judges is composed of Head Master Ryan Cayabyab who is a music director and conductor as well; Media Performance Mentor Joey Reyes who is a director and composer; voice mentor Monet Silvestre; and over-all mentor Kitchy Molina. Kitchy Molina is the chairman of music. She does vocal assessment and teaches several techniques on how to sing properly. An endemol consultant is also with the group, Aniskha Ban. I saw the first group who was assessed and the 4 of them were chosen to be back on Saturday for a new challenge. Each one of them got stories to tell about their lives. I like the Boy from Bicol. On the following days we will be seeing more contenders of the said reality tv show. I'm pretty sure that people will get tune to it because PBB Teen edition had just finished.

Billy Crawford to Host PDA Season 2

RNB Sensation and international performer Billy Crawford will be one of the hosts of the reality tv show Pinoy Dream Academy. He incredibly performed at the Big Night in PBB's Teen Edition Plus that happened last Saturday at Araneta Coliseum. We're glad to see him working with fellow Filipinos. Billy is a Filipino- American citizen who left Philippines when he was 11 years old. While he was young he was working in Philippine cinema and done guest shows. I knew him before as BJ or Billy Joe.He was that cute little boy that we often see in GMA station. He continued his education and music career in the states. At first it was hard for him and his family because here in the Philippines Billy is a child celebrity while in states he's just an ordinary child living with other children. Slowly he built his name and is now performing on stage with other stars in Hollywood. In addition, he's now a recording artist, an actor, dancer, a song writer and tv presenter. In his 4 albums he has 44 songs. Now that he accepted the offer from Filipino people, we'll be seeing him everyday in Philippine tv together with Toni and Nikkie who are recording artists also.

Olympic Kids

Filipino kids are now ready to face the competition in this year's Olympics. The said 2008 Olympics will happen in Beijing,China. These kids will compete in the sports like swimming, chess and ice skating. In swimming, the diving kids will have to dive into the water with the height of 10 meters. The team is compose of 6-10 years old. According to psychologists, its good to train a person in sports when he's still young. Normally, beginners specially the children are hesitant at first but they will get used to it. So parents are told to give encouragements all and the time. However, if they see that a child is having a great difficulty, its the job of the parents to allow them to stop. In chess, a child name Samantha Glo Revita is known to be a chess wizard when she was in Kindergarten. She can win a game played against an adult player. She won several times already. In fact, she was awarded as the champion in chess competition last 2007 in Manila.In addition a kid skater who's joining in the upcoming Olympics had collected 16 gold medals, 4 silvers and 1 bronze. There are also kids who are active in sports even if they're not joining in Beijing Olympics. Like for instance, the kid surfers. Some of them had won in Grommet Competition catering 30 surfers. Play, explore and win are chances given to a child. The desirable attitude that we can see in these children is " Learning how to stand when you fall."

Big Night at the Big Dome of PBB Teen Edition Plus

The moment had come. The final judgment was made. The Filipino people had made their choice on who's gonna be the next PBB ( Pinoy Big Brother) Teen Edition Plus Ultimate House mate. Few minutes ago the decision had made the countrymen happy and satisfied with the result. The final or awarding of the said reality Tv show was held at Araneta Coliseum. The concept of this year's season was galactic. A production number was given to the viewers. It was composed of Kim and the 3 1st runner ups of the previous competition namely; Gerald,John Prats and Mickey. As we could remember Kim Chiu was the first Big Winner for Teen Edition. Her and the rest of the "My Girl"casts were there too. In addition, Kim is now a leading lady in a teleserye. As of now, she's enjoying the offers that she received. She's also a product endorser of today. Who would think that a normal person in a society would turn out to be a star!

The Big Winner Ejay is from Oriental Mindoro His father Mang Erning had also won as the Guardian's Big Winner. Teen edition plus of PBB had included an exclusive stay of house mates' parents. They also have their tasks and eviction and Ejay's dad won the race. Good for both of them. Robi is an Atenista coming from Quezon City. Nicole Uysuiseng from Cebu is a kind of lady who finally got out of her shell! The last but not the least is Beauty Gonzales who's from Dumaguete City is a rich kid who had made some changes in herself. Ejay Falcon can now be in lined with PBB's previous Big Winner like Nene, Ruben, Beatriz, Kim and Keanna. Opportunities awaits him. Ejay deserves to win. He's about to start a new way of life. Good luck to him and everybody's hoping that he'll remains the same as how people see him while inside Big Brother's house. Or else, he can loose whatever he has right now. The fans and the showbiz administration put him to the pedestal. I don't want him to undergo the same situation as what happened to Hero Angeles.
